Where else can I get help if I need a break from caregiving?

There are many “respite care” services that are not covered by Medicare but could still help you take some time off from caregiving.

Many communities have services you can call to have someone come sit with your loved one for a few hours while you run errands. You can ask your Area Agency on Aging if there are affordable services in your area.

I agree, working in a adult day care center can be really tough some time
